Rural south county. Well and septic is the norm.
Pelahatchie
A small town with acreage around it and heavy clay underneath.
Star
Unincorporated and growing. New builds mean new Notices of Intent.
Sand Hill
Rural northeast, sandier in patches, which is exactly why borings matter.
